We do not accept any return or exchanges. All sales are final. 


If you find any damages to the product, please reach out to us with 24 hours of the package delivery by providing pictures of the damaged product, your order number , phone number, address so we can help you exchange or returns.

CANCELLATION


 


If you change your mind after placing the order, please cancel the order online through your account within 24hrs. Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel your order. The best way to cancel the order is through Online in your Account page under Order history.

This should happen within 24 hours of placing an order.


Products ordered in Clearance / discount / promotional sale cannot be canceled once an order is placed.


Any specially made product or custom designed product including Designer Products & Design It Yourself (DIY) products cannot be canceled once an order is placed.


Once an order is canceled, you could opt to get full refund of the value of the transaction or opt to get a full redeemable gift voucher.
